The Base Tee is a bound-neck, bound-sleeved tee, styled after a vintage Canadian Military undershirt. It is cut with balanced ease through the chest, shoulders, and sleeves, with added length to provide the option for a secure tuck. It is well-suited to layering but loose enough to be worn alone.
The textile is an alpaca "Cocoon Knit". It is a light, lofty jersey that integrates wool and alpaca, custom washed for a cocoon-like softness and warmth. Subtle flecks sit across the surface, reflecting the undyed, unprocessed quality of the yarn. Finished with a custom 1×1 rib. This jersey and custom developed rib combine alpaca from upstate New York with wool and cotton from California — all sourced from ecologically managed farm landscapes. It was knit by a sixth-generation mill carrying more than 160 years of practice in natural-fiber knitting.
- Cotton/wool/alpaca blend.
- Hand or machine wash (short cycle) alone, or in a mesh bag if washing with other items. Lay flat to dry.
